1. Responsibility for plant facilities &utilities TPM and emergency repair. To ensure the smooth running of the plant operations.
全面負(fù)責(zé)工廠廠房及公共設(shè)施的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)和緊急維修, 確保工廠的生產(chǎn)順利運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
2. To ensure the energy saving team, to achieve the EN energy reduction goal.
確保能源節(jié)省團(tuán)隊(duì)，完成工程部能源節(jié)省目標(biāo)。
3. Responsible for plant Pest control management.
負(fù)責(zé)工廠蟲(chóng)害管理。
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsible roles. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
該部分包含了5到8個(gè)主要的責(zé)任角色，任職者還須承擔(dān)一些其它指定的工作。
1. Leading team for plant facility and utility’s repair &clean.
帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)廠房及公共設(shè)施的維修及工廠整潔。
2. Responsible for facilities &utilities improvement or continue improvement projects in achieving plant goals and objectives.
負(fù)責(zé)廠房及公共設(shè)施的改進(jìn)或持續(xù)性改造項(xiàng)目，完成工廠的目標(biāo)。
3. Contribute to energy saving with Engineering team.
致力于工程部能源節(jié)省。
4. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per EHS requirement.
根據(jù)工廠EHS的要求去履行全員參與員工應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。
5. Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results.
文件建設(shè)工作包括編寫(xiě)制造驗(yàn)證或科學(xué)性的測(cè)試結(jié)果。
6. Responsible for pest control system, and effectively implement it in the plant.
負(fù)責(zé)公司的蟲(chóng)害控制系統(tǒng)，并確保在工廠的有效實(shí)施。

1. College above or same level education is required, Major in Electrical or Automatization or related.
大專(zhuān)以上或具有同等學(xué)歷, 電氣或自動(dòng)化或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè).
2. At least 5 years related experience in utilities management, and 3 years team manager experience.
至少5年的設(shè)備管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和3年的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
良好的溝通和人際關(guān)系技巧。
