POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Manage financial activities of BD Suzhou plants in a responsible, effective and ethical manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
- Leader of SZ 3 plants Accounting and COE team, lead the plants’ AP/AR, Tax implementation, Cash management, plant costing ect.
- Oversee establishment of accounting system capable of complying with Chinese and U.S. GAAP.
- Manage accounting department and carry out appraisals for all direct reports.
- To represent the Company in dealings with loca state authorities, auditors, bankers, legal advisers, insurance companies, customers, suppliers, and other external service providers.
- To meet the Company’s legislative and statutory filing requirements in a timely, effective and ethical manner.
- Control the income and expenditure of the Company and drive profitability.
- To serve the financial information needs of corporate headquarters, providing Management Reports to include income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
- Work with other finance team members of China to align the finance process and policy.
- Impose internal control to minimize the risk incurred during fast growth of business.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. University degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in leadership position and 3-5 years in accounting/finance manager positions
3. Relevant experience in the Accounting or Finance department of a multinational corporation and experience with Chinese GAAP and U.S. GAAP
4. Comprehensive knowledge of tax, treasury, business law and statutory reporting matters to run daily operation of a local office
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
7. Responsible and take initiative to solve problem
8. Possess good team spirit and able to work as individual, as well as in group
