職位描述

POSITION SUMMARY

此職位將主要負(fù)責(zé)診斷系統(tǒng)儀器的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝、調(diào)試、維護(hù)和維修工作。通過(guò)配合銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成相關(guān)售前技術(shù)支持和產(chǎn)品模擬演示以促進(jìn)診斷儀器的銷售。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

在維修主管的指導(dǎo)和管理下，負(fù)責(zé)診斷設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝、調(diào)試以及日常維護(hù)和維修

及時(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決產(chǎn)品使用與應(yīng)用中的與儀器本身相關(guān)的技術(shù)問(wèn)題

保持與客戶的密切支持關(guān)系，落實(shí)完善客戶需求，保證和提高客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)的滿意度

及時(shí)歸納整理月維修報(bào)告，并協(xié)助維修助理建立用戶維修檔案

與重點(diǎn)客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系，促進(jìn)零配件的銷售

協(xié)助完成公司指定的其它工作

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)能力和技術(shù)問(wèn)題的解決能力；

較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力，敬業(yè)精神及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)；

英語(yǔ)閱讀專業(yè)資料；

能熟練操作電腦；

良好的溝通技巧和影響力；

承受壓力，自我學(xué)習(xí)；

適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差工作。

DESIRABLE

生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、電子或自動(dòng)控制專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷；

醫(yī)療設(shè)備應(yīng)用、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

二年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
