POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
The individual for this position will take main responsibility of new product development for Bard Medical Device market in China as well as Bard Global Market, and will independently develop high quality test method to support product development as well as product sustaining to ensure on time completion of projects. Meanwhile, the individual will assist in design improvement and optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)） 1. Be responsible for new product development from concept to commercial launch, initiate and follow up development timeline, work closely with internal cross-functional team and external vendors to ensure design quality; 2. Be responsible for new test method development and capability expansion, test method validation, testing preparation and implementation; 3. Coordinate external partners to complete the testing to support new product development; 4. Collaborates with peers to verify whether product meets internal and external customer requirements; 5. Provide timely analytical support to product development as well as product sustaining including but not limited to medical device analysis, packaging material analysis, stability sample testing, etc; 6. As a team member, significantly contribute to completion of various project activities, including product specification definition, risk analysis, design reviews, design verification, design validation, and design transfer to manufacturing; 7. Design and fabricate testing fixtures/jigs; 8. Direct interns or technicians to conduct testing; 9. Design stage documentation drafting and releasing.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1.at least 3 years relevant experience
2.Major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
