？對代理商的分銷渠道進行調整，提高競爭力及協調管理能力；

？與新代理商完成合同條款，簽訂合同；

？協助代理商拓展市場，達成銷售指標；

？參與產品的招投標；

？對代理商和醫院相關科室進行產品知識和銷售技巧的培訓；

？與重點客戶建立良好的長期合作關系；

？制定明確的區域發展計劃，配合代理商確定重點推廣產品和市場活動。

能力要求：

？熟練掌握產品知識；

？出色的溝通能力；

？區域管理能力— 通過有效的活動在負責區域中實現銷售目標；

？掌握競爭性拜訪的能力,，熟悉競爭產品的相關知識；
