職位描述

負(fù)責(zé)新入職員工的產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)臨床知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)以及負(fù)責(zé)組織現(xiàn)有銷售同事的臨床專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，了解一線銷售同事的培訓(xùn)需求，優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、搭建培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)。
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助執(zhí)行區(qū)域培訓(xùn)中心（COE）項(xiàng)目，與臨床專家講者的溝通，以及參與培訓(xùn)的醫(yī)生信息收集及培訓(xùn)后的反饋和跟進(jìn)。
協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)，在重要的行業(yè)展會(huì)及科室會(huì)提供臨床及產(chǎn)品的講解支持。
了解銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的臨床知識(shí)更新需求，定期傳遞行業(yè)內(nèi)的前沿信息，包括醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)及行業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)。
