基本職能
? The position is responsible for HR & Admin related business of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作職責
l Reception support, answer and transfer the phones.
負責公司前臺接待和登記,前臺電話接聽。
l Distribute and receive employee & visitor badge and keep records.
發放和回收員工和訪客的臨時卡并做好記錄。
l Receive & distribute courier, internal & external mails and keeps the record.
收發國內外快遞,并保存記錄。
l Book water & make sure drinking machines are regularly maintained by the vendor and keep necessary records.
訂購飲用水并保證供應商定期給飲水機維護,做好必要的記錄。
l Company Library Books Borrow Record.
公司圖書館的借閱記錄管理。
l Stationery / Office Supply Administration & Business Card application.
文具/辦公用品管理,名片申請制作。
l Benefit distribution, e.g. Birthday tickets.
福利品發放,如:生日券。
l PVB information update.
公司布告板信息的更新。
l Coordinate Company Insurance Payment Delivery.
協調公司保險理賠的交付。
? Support company activities.
支持工廠活動。
? Yearly Medical Test for all associates.
員工年度體檢。
? Deal with other affairs assigned by reported leader.
完成直屬主管安排的其他工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS
職位要求
Education 教育
? College and above, major in English, business administration.
大專以上學歷,英語、商務行政相關專業。
Experience 經驗
l At least 1 year work experience in reception and administration, preferably in an international commercial or manufactory environment.
至少1年前臺和行政相關工作經驗,有大型跨國商業或制造公司工作經驗優先。
Skill 技能 / Knowledge 知識 / Abilities 能力
l Strong technical knowledge in Safety Management.
較強的安全管理知識
l Strong will and determination to execute and enforce Safety Rules and Regulations at the plant.
有堅強的意志和決心在工廠推行實施安全規章制度
l Hands on computer skills, high competent user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
掌握電腦技能,熟練使用MS Office,尤其是PowerPoint。
l Good communication & interpersonal skill.

l Strong presentation, influencing, organizational skills and analysis & judgment ability.
