工作目標：

負責MPS部門（留置針等產(chǎn)品線）的臨床教育工作

主要職責:

1. 臨床講課，跟針。

2. 全院護士講課培訓

3. 協(xié)助銷售團隊開展外阜城市護理學會整體項目培訓

4. 協(xié)助銷售團隊對靜脈注射俱樂部的溝通及部分培訓

5. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量事件的處理

6. 所負責醫(yī)院新產(chǎn)品進院后的操作培訓，協(xié)助臨床增量

7. 了解學習靜療項目設(shè)計，和客戶溝通，確認和開展項目

8. 幫助廣闊市場銷售做好專業(yè)培訓

技能與能力:

專業(yè)：護理

學歷：大專及以上

要求：

– 3年以上臨床護理經(jīng)驗，主管護師或具有臨床護理管理者優(yōu)先。

– 較好的演講、溝通能力。

– 熟練應(yīng)用電腦及辦公軟件

– 能夠接受出差。
