POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）

以市場為導向，以護理客戶為中心；通過專業教育，規范護理采血操作技能、提升護理及標本質量；提供循證支持，落地SOP優化服務、協助護理質量提升，提高客戶品牌影響力、客戶忠誠度。實現產品市場份額穩步發展。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）

1. 培訓：

ü 為臨床護理人員提供規范動靜脈采血操作培訓；

ü 確保正確使用公司產品；

ü 協助醫院善院內靜脈血液標本及血氣標本質量，提升護理質量，提高用戶滿意度；

2. 信息收集：

ü 日常走訪目標醫院護理單元，收集產品使用反饋，

ü 獲取并分析市場微觀數據，發現產品增長空間；

ü 關注競品臨床試用反饋及市場活動開展情況。

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. 具有一定演講能力及經驗
