職位描述

工作職責:

1. 確認處理每月銷售訂單，完成訂單系統發貨，協調承運商倉庫及時安排收發貨。

2. 對于訂單指定批號根據要求進行審核和控制和挑選。

3. 每月月初完成經銷商補貨計劃的表格制作，包括經銷商的庫存及銷售數據的更新；準時將表格發送給經銷商，并收集以及整合所有經銷商的補貨計劃

4. 及時完成客戶退換貨訂單，協調承運商倉庫及時安排收發貨。

5. 協調倉庫按要求進行貨物庫位調整（預留，質檢，控制等）。

6. 處理客戶對物流相關投訴。

7. 每月整理上報未完成交貨訂單，樣品訂單，退換貨訂單報告。

8. 每月提供業務部門要求相關庫存及出貨明細報告。

9. 及時準確完成供應鏈客戶經理指定的相關任務。

技能與能力:

1. 物流供應鏈或經濟管理相關專業

2. 良好的數據處理能力

3. 熟練掌握Excel、PPT等日常辦公軟件

4. 有很強的學習能力，能夠快速學習相關系統操作。

5. 工作積極主動，能夠獨立完成工作，有一定的抗壓能力，耐心細心。

6. 優秀的溝通交流能力，擅于溝通、協作

7. 能夠在指定時間框架內處理和完成多項任務

優先條件:

1. 客服相關經驗

2. 流利的英語和良好的文字能力，能英文郵件溝通

3. SAP 系統使用
