POSITION SUMMARY  

1. This position needs to work independently on meeting budget and achieving annual sales target in Key Account.

2. This position needs to focus on key Account’s added-value service and deeply penetrate in Key Account’s business.

3. This position needs to represent the company favorably at all times.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

1.  Finance

Achieve annual sales goal; Comply to the company price and profitability guideline; 

Monthly AR control and closely follow with Key Account

2.  Quality Specification built

Cooperate with Key Account to build reasonable and acceptable quality standard.

Ensuring the achievement of company objective. Keep long term relationship with key customers.

3.  Local Co-promotion

Build strong connection with Key Account’s Local Sales & Marketing team.

Design and Execute co-promotion plan for domestic market to enhance strategic partnership.

4.  Others

Fulfill Key account’s requirement in regulatory through communication with worldwide.

Local regulatory support to Key account.

Explore the deep requirement from Key account, like training, operation capability optimization and etc. and fulfill the needs through cross functions’ resources.

Cooperate with each BU staff at all levels and work closely with SCM, finance and all internal functions to resolve Key Account issues.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS  

1. Strong sense of responsibility

2.  Bachelor Degree or above, Medical related major preferred

3.  Able to work independently 

4.  Fluent English ability

5.  3-years above sales experience, key account management experience preferred

6.  Strong project management capability
