職位描述JD： 1、策劃、管理、組織編制集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，報董事會批準，定期評估規(guī)劃落實情況，并組織修正、調(diào)整規(guī)劃； To plan, manage, & organize the business development and strategicplanning of CMHG and propose to the board for approval; to evaluate theimplementation regularly and make adjustment where needed; 2、組織編制集團及下屬公司年度商業(yè)發(fā)展計劃，組織評估潛在的醫(yī)療和養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展項目在集團現(xiàn)有醫(yī)院和養(yǎng)老公司的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展的可行性，考核下屬公司項目落實情況； To organize CMHG and subsidiaries to work out annul financial andbusiness plans; to assess the feasibility of the development ofpotential medical and elderly-care services development projects withinthe group's existing subsidiaries; to assess the implementation ofsubsidiaries; 3、協(xié)調(diào)、整合、優(yōu)化下屬公司商業(yè)發(fā)展項目，確保下屬公司合作以達到價值和效率最大化；組織指導(dǎo)集團內(nèi)各類項目管理、合作活動，建立合作方、客戶和項目數(shù)據(jù)庫，進行項目儲備； To coordinate, integrate and prioritize business development projects ofsubsidiaries, ensure cooperation of subsidiaries to maximize the valueand efficiency; to assist and conduct in all kinds of project businessmanagement, cooperation activities; to setup database of cooperativepartners, clients and projects; 4、組織對商業(yè)發(fā)展項目進行市場調(diào)研、可行性分析論證，與下屬公司團隊合作；監(jiān)管項目實施過程，做好資源配置，參與對外溝通談判，評估投資效益和風(fēng)險； To organize marketing investigation and feasibility analysis and reporton business development projects; to cooperate with project team ofsubsidiaries; to supervise project implementation and deployment ofresource; be involved in negotiation and evaluation of investment returnand risk； 5、組織評估國內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟驅(qū)動，以及醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老、地產(chǎn)行業(yè)政策因素，評估驅(qū)動因素和政策對集團戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的影響，收集同行與競爭對手信息，指導(dǎo)下屬公司參與行業(yè)競爭； To assess macro economy drivers and policies of medical, elderly-carereal estate sectors in China and abroad; to evaluate the influence ofthe drivers and policies on group business development; to collectinformation on industries and competitors and assist subsidiaries onindustry and competitors assessment; 6、組織編制集團及下屬公司有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃、投資、合作相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的管理制度及流程； To setup rules, regulations, and procedure on strategy, planning,investment and cooperative business for the group and subsidiaries. 7、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，建立土地開發(fā)建設(shè)項目的審計工作計劃和預(yù)算； To overall planning the business development, to setup an audit workplan and budget on land development and construction project； 8、協(xié)調(diào)所有相關(guān)的政府部門，從開始的投資到項目的完成，包括獲得所需的許可證和證書； To coordinate with all relevant government departments, from start tocompletion of investments and projects, including obtaining requiredlicenses and certifcates； 9、負責(zé)部門團隊建設(shè)、規(guī)范工作流程和部門制度建設(shè)。 To manage business development team; Responsible for team building, SOPand setting up rules and regulations。 資歷要求Qualifications： 1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，金融、財經(jīng)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，或衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理、工程管理相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)； Bachelor degree or above, major in or related financial, economics,medical , engineering management or related major; 2、年齡35-45周歲，工作10年以上，其中管理崗位5年以上； Age 35-45 years, more than 10 years of work experience, of which morethan 5 years in management positions; 3、具備良好的中英文口頭及書面表達能力及溝通技巧； Good verbal and written communication skills in both English andChinese; 4、具備優(yōu)秀的項目執(zhí)行與操作能力，組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及協(xié)調(diào)能力； Excellent project execution and operation ability, organization andleadership and coordination ability; 5、具有全面的經(jīng)濟、金融、財務(wù)、審計、法律等方面知識； Have the knowledge of economy, finance, auditing, law and so on; 6、熟悉醫(yī)院、養(yǎng)老或地產(chǎn)等行業(yè)運營工作，能提出項目運作和管理建議； Familiar with the operation of medical, elderly-care and real estateindustries, can propose recommendations on project operation andmanagement; 7、碩士、MBA、有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷或有醫(yī)院、養(yǎng)老工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 Master, MBA, overseas study experience or medical, elderly-care workingexperience is preferred.
