職位描述JD： 1、制訂集團(tuán)及下屬醫(yī)院和養(yǎng)老公司品牌與市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與定位，報(bào)董事會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，定期評(píng)估規(guī)劃落實(shí)情況，并組織修正、調(diào)整規(guī)劃； Prepare the brand and marketing development strategic planning andorientation of CMHG and subsidiaries, and present to the board forapproval; to evaluate the implementation regularly and make adjustmentwhere needed; 2、制訂年度品牌設(shè)計(jì)、包裝、推廣與執(zhí)行計(jì)劃；針對(duì)不同項(xiàng)目，制訂有效的、針對(duì)性的市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目發(fā)展總監(jiān)擬訂市場(chǎng)可行性分析報(bào)告； Responsible for the annual plan of brand design, packaging, promotionand implementation；to develop specific effective marketing strategiesfor different projects; to assist Business Development Director infeasibility reports; 3、負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)CIS形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的策劃設(shè)計(jì)與管理，提煉和有效實(shí)施公司服務(wù)特色； Responsible for planning design and management of corporate identitysystem, to extract and effectively execute company servicecharacteristics; 4、負(fù)責(zé)品牌推廣、對(duì)外形象宣傳和策劃、媒體投放聯(lián)系和管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳與推廣，提升品牌知名度； Responsible for brand marketing, external image promotion and planning,media contact and management, on-line advertising and promotion, toenhance the brand reputation and awareness, using social media whereappropriate; 5、組織公司網(wǎng)站的策劃、設(shè)計(jì)及維護(hù)管理。 Planning, design and maintenance of company website; 6、建立和完善公司、市場(chǎng)同行、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的醫(yī)療與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)策略、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段的收集、處理、分析、交流程序及保密系統(tǒng)； To setup and complete the process of collection, analysis,communication, and secrecy of both companies and competitors on medicaland elderly-care services products, service and competition methods; 7、建立集團(tuán)及下屬醫(yī)院與養(yǎng)老公司市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)，參與、指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)管下屬公司品牌與市場(chǎng)工作，負(fù)責(zé)品牌與市場(chǎng)制度建設(shè)。 Build marketing teams at CMHG and hospitals and elderly-care companies,to involve, guide and supervise brand and marketing work ofsubsidiaries; set up rules and regulations. 資質(zhì)要求Qualifications： 1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、設(shè)計(jì)類相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)； Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, design or related major; 2、年齡35-45周歲，工作10年以上，其中管理崗位5年以上； Age 35-45 years, more than 10 years of work experience, of which morethan 5 years in management positions; 3、良好的中英文口頭及書面表達(dá)能力與技巧； Good verbal and written communication skills in both English andChinese; 4、熟悉醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老行業(yè)的營(yíng)銷推廣和渠道開發(fā)模式，有成功的市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理業(yè)績(jī)； Familiar with marketing and channel development model of the medicalcare, pension industry, a successful market operation experience andexcellent team management performance; 5、具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)力、溝通力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理力； Have the strong ability of compression, organization, coordination,communication and team management. 6、有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力； Have a strong sense of innovation and keen market insight 7、碩士、MBA、有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷或有醫(yī)療集團(tuán)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Master, MBA, overseas study experience or medical group workingexperience is preferred.
