Job Description

Position: Associate / Analyst (Data solution team – Internet Focus)
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Work on a data-based consulting project, tailor data solutions for various industries and lead multiple work streams
- Work closely with teams of different background, including consulting team and engineer team, coordinate data request and approach, manage project progress and ensure deliverables
- Hold industry data knowledge, tracking market dynamic and initiate R&D topics

Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree from top Chinese or overseas universities; Excellent academic records of top 10% academic rank, majoring in statistics, mathematics, computer science is preferred but not a must
- Both fresh graduate or candidates with 1-3 years’ related working experience are accepted
- Passion for data-based analysis, with proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills in EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.; knowledge in Python/ R/ SPSS/ SAS is preferred but not a must
- Good interpersonal skill and strong team spirits
- Superb communication skill in both Mandarin and English
- Strong passion for diverse and fast-paced working environment
- Open minded for critical thinking and alternative views
