崗位職責：
1、獨立完成流式細胞儀技術改進的生物驗證；
2、獨立完成細胞相關檢測方法的生物驗證及應用開發；
3、實驗室管理；
4、完成上級臨時安排的任務。

任職要求：
1、碩士及以上學歷，生物醫學相關專業；
2、有細胞生物學研究經驗，有獨立開展項目的經歷；
3、有流式細胞術相關實驗經驗、有熒光成像相關經驗優先考慮；
4、具備細胞生物學研究的常規技能，具備文獻查閱和綜述能力，熟練掌握常用辦公軟件；
5、具備一定的分析問題解決問題的能力，積極學習工作要求的新知識。

ACEA Biology, founded in 2002, is a privately held biotechnology

biosensor platform based on proprietary microelectronic
technologies for reporterless, real time, high throughput analysis
of living cells and biomolecules. ACEA's products are designed to
meet the increasing needs of the life science research and drug
discovery markets by providing automated, high content, real time
analysis systems that simplify complex cell-based assay procedures
and increase productivity. ACEA has launched its first product,
a real time electronic sensing (RT-CES?) system based on direct
microelectronic detection and readout of cell-based assay processes.
