Business Support/ Account Management
？ 了解所屬區域的業務流程，理解IT解決方案對于業務部門的價值。
Understand business process of the assigned area, understand how IT solution can bring benefit to business.
？ 了解所屬區域的目標，目的和商務策略。
Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of the assigned business area.
？ 與所屬的行業人員工作緊密切合，建立友好的工作關系。
Works closely with the personnel in the business area and builds working relationships.
？ 確定目標以及設計IT項目和服務，促進及支持該項目。
Proposes and designs IT projects and services which improve and support the business.
? 項目管理
Project Management
？ 參與到IT或業務部門的項目中，有效地實施IT解決方案。
Involved in IT & business project to implement IT solutions effectively.
？ 制定項目計劃，并高質量的按項目執行。
Develops project plans for computer systems and execute the plan with quality requirement.
? 服務管理 (Service Management)
？ 提供所屬業務部門的IT技術支持，統計分析日常支持的問題，提高日常支持效率。
Delivery daily support of assigned business area, statistic and analyze daily support issue and request to improve support efficiency.
？ 團隊成員之間分享知識和經驗，實現跨業務區域支持。
Knowledge and experience share within team, make cross business area support come true
？ 分析和提高計算機系統的功能，以更好的滿足業務需要
Analyzes and develop improvement areas for the computer systems and help business improve their process
？ 根據GMP以及計算機系統質量標準政策及操作規程, 領導對IT自動化項目驗證工作
Leads validation activity for IT Automation project complying with GMP and Corporate Computer System Policy and Procedure
？ 撰寫驗證文件,確保高質量的計算機系統
Develops validation documents ensuring the high quality of the computer systems
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
? 計算機,信息工程本科或以上學歷優先
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable
? 五年以上的制造業IT或自動化項目管理, 系統開發經驗
5 or more years of background in IT with project management and system development
? 有計算機系統驗證過程和系統開發生命周期方面的知識
Knowledge of computer system validation process and system development life cycle
? 5年以上制造業生產自動化系統實施或維護經驗
5 or more years’ experience of manufacturing Automation system deployment or support
? 3年以上基于數據庫應用軟件開發經驗，熟悉VB, .NET, SQL, Oracle
3 or more years’ experience of application development, familiar with VB, .NET, SQL, Oracle, etc.
? 有PLC，SCADA，以及HMI開發經驗，熟悉Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi優先
Experience in PLC/SCADA/HMI development, familiar with Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi is preferred.
? 中英文語言和書寫的良好溝通技能；
Good communication skill both verbal and written. Strong English communication is also required.
? 有制藥行業或GMP環境的工作經驗；
Experience in a Pharmaceutical or GMP environment.
? 能和業務部門,其他IT成員之間建立良好的人際關系
Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or other IT member
? 良好的自我控制能力和時間管理技巧
Self-motivated and good time-management skills

Experience and understanding of manufacturing process, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
