Purpose of the Job:
BTE production負(fù)責(zé)耳背式助聽器的制作
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- BTE assembly, testing & Repair according to WIs 按照指導(dǎo)書流程，進(jìn)行耳背機(jī)的組裝和測(cè)試及維修
- Ensure one-day BTE turn-around-time 確保 1天的完成交貨期
- Daily Record of BTE production 負(fù)責(zé)耳背機(jī)生產(chǎn)的每日記錄
- Support of other teams, e.g. Repairs, Packing etc. 支持部門其他工作組， 比如： 維修組，包裝組等
- Other assignments by the superior完成其他上級(jí)交待的任務(wù)
Basic Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent
高中和職業(yè)中專
Work Experience:
- 2 years or more work experiences
兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Manufactory industry experiences
制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Personal Competencies:
- Be responsible for work 對(duì)工作負(fù)責(zé)
- Be dedicated & proactive 做事勤奮，積極主動(dòng)
- work under certain pressure能承擔(dān)一定的工作壓力
-good quality sense
-be awareness of 5S, Lean
Social Competencies:

- Following WIs & process strictly 嚴(yán)格遵守操作指導(dǎo)和流程制度
Language(s) / Level:
- Chinese(native speaker) 普通話 （母語）
- English(basics) 英語 （基本應(yīng)用）
IT skills:
-Familiar with Windows operating system & Microsoft office, incl. EXCEL 熟悉使用Windows 操作系統(tǒng)和Office辦公軟件 （包括 Excel）
Further Requirements:
Good manual dexterity 善于手工操作
