Rotational shifts within these tasks:各任務間輪轉：Personal and professional development個人及職業(yè)發(fā)展:1. Attend training sessions as set up by UFH pharmacy residency program參加和睦家醫(yī)療住院藥師培訓項目的培訓2. Develop competencies according to pharmacy residency performance standards。根據住院藥師行為標準來培養(yǎng)專業(yè)能力3. Be responsible for self-directed learning in order to support the collection of a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate competence. 具備自主學習的意識，在工作中收集可以證明自己專業(yè)能力的證據4. To participate in regular appraisals with the residency tutor and/or manager. 定期參加與導師和/或藥房主任的個人評估In Patient Pharmacy住院藥房:1. Daily in-patient medication replenishment at the ward 補充每日住院患者病房藥品2. Daily stock top-up and labeling 補充每日科室備藥3. Discharge medication preparing and billing reconciliation 患者出院帶藥的準備及賬單重整4. Shadow inpatient pharmacist for clinical duties 跟隨住院藥師學習其職責Out Patient Pharmacy門診藥房:1. Prepare medications according to prescriptions 根據患者處方準備藥品2. Answer phone calls and triage accordingly 接電話及進行適當分流3. Shadow pharmacist to develop prescription reviewing and counseling skills跟隨門診藥師學習如何審核處方及咨詢技巧Pharmacy purchasing and stock management 藥房庫管工作1. Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensuring adequate supply保持藥房庫存，確保及時的藥品供應2. Daily purchase orders and returns. 處理當日定藥接收及退藥3. Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of pharmacy and stock room保持藥房、藥架及藥庫的整潔4. Keep record of expiration date of medications記錄藥品效期5. Participate in periodic stock check.參與周期性庫存檢查IV Admixture Room靜脈藥品配置室:1. Under the supervision and upon completion of validation protocols, compound intravenous medicines 在監(jiān)督下完成相應的培訓后，負責靜脈藥品的配置2. Daily and periodical deep cleaning of biological hoods and IV room 每日及周期性的生物防護服及靜脈配置間的深度清潔3. Maintain and manage medicines and consumables inventory and expiry dates 記錄及管理藥品及耗材的庫存和效期Other tasks其他任務:? Assist in compounding extemporaneous preparation.協(xié)助制作臨時的院內制劑? Support colleagues in the Pharmacy Department 支持藥房同事? Special pharmacy projects as assigned by pharmacy manager or tutor完成藥房主任或導師交給的工作任務任職條件Qualification入職要求:Bachelor in Clinical Pharmacy or Master in Pharmacy 臨床藥學本科或藥學碩士Pharmacy technician who has completed 3 years of work at UFH pharmacy with bachelor degree 在和睦家醫(yī)院工作滿3年具有本科學位的藥師助理Skills and Competence技能與能力:1. Window Office: Word, Excel 掌握Word及Excel的使用2. Good English reading and speaking skills 良好的英語聽說能力3. Pro-active and versatile to adapt to different sets of tasks 積極主動并能應對各種不同的任務4. Good customer service skills良好的客戶服務技巧5. Motivated and proactive work attitude積極主動的工作態(tài)度6. Good interpersonal skills良好的人際交往能力7. Meticulous and hardworking做事嚴謹、工作認真職位概述Pharmacists are responsible for the safe and effective usage of medication in healthcare system. The primary responsibilities include reviewing medication order and dispense medications. At United Family Healthcare, pharmacists work as an integral part of medical team and constantly communicate with physicians to provide optimal medication usage. Pharmacists also dispense medications with comprehensive counseling to patients and/or nurses.藥師在醫(yī)療過程中對藥品安全及合理使用負責。藥師最主要的職責是醫(yī)囑審核及藥品調配。在和睦家醫(yī)院，藥師作為醫(yī)療團隊中不可缺少的一員，不斷與醫(yī)生溝通來優(yōu)化藥品使用。同時藥師在調配藥品時為患者和/或護士提供全面的藥品講解及咨詢。This position is a trainee pharmacist position. The curriculum is adopted from pre-registration pharmacist program from Royal Pharmaceutical Society in the UK. The trainers will include pharmacists qualified from the US, the UK and other countries. The resident pharmacist will start with technician duties then gradually transition to junior pharmacist’s roles.此職位是住院藥師培訓生職位。培訓課程設計基于英國皇家藥學會預備藥師培訓項目，培訓師由美國，英國及其他國家注冊的藥師擔任。住院藥師培訓生將首先從藥師助理做起，逐漸過渡到初級藥師。部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫(yī)療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務.
